Care Instructions
Our jewelry is made for everyday wear. Rain and a wash of the hands are fine. Follow these instructions to keep it looking right.
Daily Wear
Silver stays brighter when you wear it. Your skin’s oils help. Take it off before you sleep, shower, or swim. Put it on last, after lotions, perfume, and hair products.
Cleaning
Warm water and a little mild soap. Pat dry with a soft cloth. For more, use the silver polishing cloth we include with every order.
Storage
Keep each piece in the pouch it came in. Air speeds up tarnish, so sealed is better. Store it away from damp, not in the bathroom.
Tarnish Happens
Recycled 925 sterling silver darkens over time. That is not damage. Wearing it and the odd polish bring the shine back. Oxidized details are meant to be dark, so clean those gently.
Avoid
Chlorine, bleach, and harsh chemicals damage silver. So do salt water and hot tubs. Take your jewelry off before you exercise or clean.
